Amelia Bedelia by Peggy ParishAmelia Bedelia is a maid hired by Mr. & Mrs. Rogers. When Mrs. Rogers leaves Amelia list of things she needs done, Amelia takes the note literally. "Dust the furniture" results in the furniture being covered in "dusting powder."
Mom's Review: Cute. I remember reading Amelia Bedelia when I was younger and loving the stories. I thought they were funny and clever. It was nice to see Abby laugh at a book. She was pretty engrossed in the story.
Daughter's Review: I liked when the chicken was dressed in the box.
